Manchester City Yas Residences is a branded residential development by Ohana Development in partnership with Manchester City Football Club, located at Yas Canal, Abu Dhabi. The project introduces the next phase of the world’s first Manchester City-branded residential community, combining waterfront living with sports, wellness, recovery and lifestyle-focused facilities. The development features townhouses and villas complemented by a Manchester City training academy, dedicated recovery spaces, fitness facilities and a canalfront promenade.
